DECLARATION

International law:

If we follow certain guidelines thru common sense international law we can achieve world peace

Wealth distribution:

The equality of resources for all (peoples) must be facilitated thru redistribution of the worlds wealth

(economic and resource) from the “have” and “have nots”

Tolerance:

All beliefs, cultures, and religions should be respected.

Differences within and between societies should be neither feared nor repressed,

but cherished as precious assets of humanity.

Culture of Peace:

A culture of peace must be fostered in all the world inhabitants from the beginning of life.

This new way of thinking must be carefully taught throughout the educational process.

Sustainable Development:

Prudence must be shown in the intelligent and respectful management of all living species and natural resources,

in accordance with the precepts of sustainable development. The current unsustainable patterns of production and consumption must be changed on the interest of our future welfare and that of our descendents.

Support for ACCA_CONSORTIUM:

We solemnly affirm that the ACCA_CONSORTIUM is an indispensable

common house of the entire human family through which we will seek to

realize our universal aspirations for peace, cooperation and development.

We therefore pledge our support for

these common objectives and our determination to achieve them.

Creed

Human kind must join together to create a sustainable society.

The foundations of this (global) society must be:

Respect for nature, universal human rights, economics and

resource based justice, and a culture of peace.

The protection of Mother Earth is a sacred trust.

Patterns of production, consumption and wealth distribution must be curtailed, they are no longer sustainable.

The gap between the rich and the poor is ever widening. This must be rectified by fair distribution of wealth (economic and resource based) aimed at the people.

The increase of human population is over-burdening the earth’s present infrastructure. We have the technology to alleviate these pressures in an economic and sustainable way.

Our Choice:

Form a global partnership of understanding

to care for the Earth and each other,

or risk destruction of ourselves and of life

as we know it.

We must now look towards a great …

compromise, if you will.

By fostering a healthy lifestyle of

tolerance, we all can live healthy.

We must cultivate a sense of

Global, National, and Local citizenship.

All life forms are interdependent

and we have no right to infringe

on the wellbeing of any of them

*(past, present, or future).

We urgently need a shared vision of

basic values to provide an ethical foundation for the livelihood of all earth’s inhabitants.

Therefore, we affirm the following principles for a sustainable way of life as a common standard of basic conduct for:

Organizations

Businesses

Governments

Transnational institutions

to be guided and assessed

Principles

All are responsible

for promoting the common good.

We must adopt at all levels,

sustainable development plans

and regulations that make environmental

conservation and rehabilitation integral to all

development initiatives.

Patterns of production, consumption,

and reproduction should be adopted that safeguard:

The earth’s regenerative capacities

Human rights and community wellbeing

The eradication of poverty can be accomplished by promoting

the equitable distribution of wealth …

Economic and resource based via

The re-legalization of Cannabis/Hemp

and by Government and corporate accountability within (and among)

nations for the expressed interest of the people there of.

It is important that we integrate into formal education

and lifelong learning the knowledge, values, and skills needed for a sustainable way of life.

Now a New Beginning

The road to promise that we must envision requires a change of mind and heart.

It requires a new sense of respect, understanding, and universal responsibility.

We must find ways to harmonize diversity with unity,

the exercise of freedom with the common good.

In order to build a sustainable society/community,

we (the U.S.), and the nations of the world,

must renew our commitment to the well being of the citizens there of,

and do everything possible in that effort.

Finally,

the principles of this creed must be incorporated into an inter-national treaty

that will be legally binding to the pertinent peoples and entities of the earth.
